= What is in the boot disk? =
The boot disk is the IBM Personal Computer DOS 3.30 sample disk from the [[PCE]] downloads page.

It also includes the fantastic “8088 Corruption” demonstration by Trixter/Hornet and gODjR/iq2000 (everything works except for sound). For comparison, I include a link to the “8088 Corruption” web page where you can see a video of the demo running on an actual IBM PC 5160.
# Type “demo.bat” to run the demo. When it asks you whether you are running on a real CGA card, you may answer “Y”.
# DOS is a fairly primitive operating system. Type “cd” and “dir” to get around the file system, and “A:” and “B:” to access the floppy drives, and “C:” to return to the boot hard disk.
